ETF Trading Research 2/13/2019

Somewhat a flat day despite the overnight move up in /ES. And end of day where I was deciding to stay or go, /ES fell 10 points rather quickly so we stayed. But all day long they didn’t allow SOXS, LABD and SQQQ to get and stay positive. TVIX did go positive a few times and had a nice bounce off the lows end of day.  I still see us hitting that magical 2650 level. Below 2742.75 overnight here would be ideal. Then push to 2730 break tomorrow. This would confirm most likely a break of that and 2650 by next week.

I went away from chart watching the last few days and admit it cost me some. I have been under the weather and taking antibiotics and just assumed the market would give us a chance to get out of the shorts on a reversal but instead buried us a bit more.  I do think we climb out ok but at least now I can start trading again. Chris and I have been working hard on some backtracking my system and I like what I see so far.

Let’s see if we can get /VX going positive tomorrow and TVIX take off for us.

BRZU and RUSL being down so much today I think is our leading indicator of trouble to come. I will buy DWT tomorrow most likely.

Neutral metals and miners with the changes below. But GDX below 20 makes me want to stick with DUST.
